These were VERY quick and EASY tags to create.  I used products that are all available right now in the current 2021-2022 Stampin' Up! catalog.  I question myself about the Scalloped Tag Topper.  I am not sure, but I think it could be retired.  I just could not find out for sure!  I am looking!!!

I made 8 and packaged them in the Cellophane Bag.  The Linen Thread helps secure the ribbon, but it is also handy to use to tie to the Christmas package.
