Why become a demonstrator?

When I started going to a card making class with a good friend, I never once thought or considered becoming a Stampin' Up! demonstrator. I basically went to the class to visit, create, and relax. Yes, I find card making/paper crafts relaxing!
About a year later, I figured out that I could join Stampin' Up! not to sell BUT to get the demonstrator perks. I had no interest in selling at that point. I had and still have a full time teaching job, but I joined to get the discounts and early ordering opportunities. Now I am trying to move from a hobbyist to a seller of Stampin’ Up! products. I would love to retire from my full time job and continue crafting(working) on my Stampin' Up! career.

One more thing - You will probably NEVER buy card stock paper from the major craft stores again! Stampin' Up! card stock is SO much better with SO many colors! My Opinion! :)
